Painted with a design of a blossom reserved on a scaly ground, the centre and each petal containing a different floral spray, the broad flared rim with a band of peacocks among scrolling foliage separated by panels of fruit, the reverse with precious objects trailing ribbons and a lingzhi mark within a double circle to the centre of the base
