Comprised of engine turned and polished 18ct white gold beads, terminating in a floral pendant, with a central round cut prong set diamond, surrounded by a cluster of small round diamonds on a stepped setting, the petals formed from turquoise and further small cluster diamonds, over two beaded chains terminating in turquoise beads, the necklace stamped '750 Italy' to the clasp.
