A classic rectangular S.T. Dupont Ligne 1 gas lighter, finished in gold-plated metal and decorated with panels of deep black Chinese lacquer. One side bears the red enamel characters 都彭 (Dū Péng), the official Chinese transliteration of “Dupont,” used for branding in Chinese-speaking markets. The lighter is signed to the base S.T. Dupont de Paris, Made in France, with serial number Z6DD02 and the Dupont makers mark at the bottom.
