A distinctive and sculptural choker by the established Chelsea jeweller Van Peterson, celebrated for eclectic gemstone designs and a distinctive bohemian-luxury aesthetic featuring a large polished oval stone in a gilt metal mount, secured with a decorative bar fastening set with small dark stones, the whole suspended from a substantial hand-braided cord in a neutral tone. The design combines natural materials with refined metalwork, reflecting the designer’s interest in texture, balance, and understated statement jewellery. Presented in original Van Peterson fitted case.
Condition: Good consistent with the age and nature of this lot; light surface wear to the metal mount, minor abrasions to the stone, and some minor wear to the cord commensurate with use.
