A vintage Thea Porter London dress from the early/mid 1970s from the designer's boutique-wear collection. Of fine navy blue semi-sheer voil, panelled with an alternative section of stylised, multicoloured floral-sprays in a polkadot format in shades of pale-blue, pink, orange, and ivory. The design features a round neck line, long semi-sheer bell-sleeves, with long side-splits. There is a belt-loop but no belt. Can be worn as a dress or over trousers as a tunic. The design exemplifies Porter's romantic and Bohemian aesthetic in a wearable day-dress form.
