Lama Koubrously

Lama Koubrously obtained her BA in Art History and Archaeology from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and her MA in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
She worked as an associate director at Barakat Gallery in London for eight years. She then moved to Beirut and co-founded Dar El-Nimer for Arts and Culture, an art and culture independent art foundation for historical, modern and contemporary cultural production from the Middle East.
She was also on the committee of the Association and Promotion and Exhibition of the Arts of Lebanon (APEAL) and is an active board member of the Social Support Society in Lebanon.
Lama is a director of Azca Auctions.
